Job Description
- Be fully conversant with the Labour laws, procedure and formalities of all countries the Group operates in and ensure compliance to same right from recruitment till severance of employees.
- In line with the above formulate and implement Rules, Regulations, Procedures etc for all the companies and ensure abided by all
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for HR - Recruitment, Training, Development, Appraisal, Rewards, Promotion, Redressal of Grievances, Deterrents & Punishments and Retention.
- Monitor, measure and report on HR & A issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
- Manage all aspects of the HR&A Department (Team, Costs, R&R, Outputs, etc)
- Liaise with other functional / departmental heads to understand all necessary aspects and HR needs.
-Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development and methods and provide suitable interpretation to the organization for implementation.
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
- Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
- Develop and Maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations for better and fast functioning of organization.
- Administer all company property & services (Building, Vehicles, Utilities, Office Equipment, First aid Kits, Communication, Transportation of Employees, etc)
- Ensure coverage under necessary insurance for people and property as per law.

Job Description
Your role will be to contribute to the banks overall strategy in the Compensation & Benefits / Learning & Development areas, focused on strategy & policy implementation.
You will have at least 10 years in the HR sector, with 5 years in management. You will have a professional services background, not necessarily banking/finance, ideally from a multinational brand. In addition, you will be degree educated, preferably in Human Resource Management, with specific experience in both Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development. Experience in employee relations would also be beneficial. Experience in the Middle East is highly desired, with Qatar experience an added bonus.
