Our client, a leading aviation company, is currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator . Your main responsibility is to provide administration support by managing the reception and office administration.Your essential duties will include Manage office stationeries and supplies Answer the telephone and perform reception duties such as welcoming visitors Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences Provide assistance to General ManagerManaging Director in handling diary and schedule of meetings Provide a range of telephone and clerical services to the organization Type documents, photocopy, scan, file and distribute documents as requested by management team Prepare correspondence, invoices, quotation and LPO English written Manage meeting room's bookings and ensure a suitable use of the office kitchen Arrange call conferences and video conferences Provide support for organizing and arranging company events Manage flight tickets and accommodation for business trips in the organization Monitor the use of supplies and equipment Maintain and supervise the cleanliness of the office premises Send official memos to staff

Skills

The ideal candidate should have a completed education degree with 2-3 years experience in the same field. Excellent communications skills in Englishis necessary with very good typing skills. You should be a team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills, be proactive with strong multi-tasking capabilities along with the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a MUST .
