HR Officer - UAE

Our client a Local Group based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for an HR Officer Assistant to provide support positions to the Human Resources Department and Facilitate HR operation by providing services and guidance to employees and managers from different departments. For this role your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following tasks and duties Typing and composing of HR-related documents, usually appointment contracts for staff. Working closely with the company PRO for paperwork relating to Employment and Residency visa sponsorships for employees. Sourcing and sorting of CVs and applications filed with the company, company CV-receiving emails or online databases for CV submissions. Collating CVs and applications received from walk-in applicants or those sent in through mails and faxes, classify and tag each CV for a specific department and makes sure the active file is appropriately trimmed and pruned. Coordination and Scheduling - book applicants for interviews and tests, informs them of the schedule and make sure that applicants are given a clear set of directions on how to get to company locations. Receiving official correspondences from employees. Deal with employees' complaints or suggestions or any issues that need to go through the formal communication process. Search and apply of labour laws and company policies relating to employees. Handle HR forms and requests and guide employees of form to fill out or how to file a certain type of request.

Skills

To be considered as an ideal match for this role, you must be Degree Holder with at least (5) years of UAE experience. Computer literacy is quite essential for this role. Familiarity with UAE labour law, recruitment, hiring, retention and understanding of compensations and salary schemes is required. Fluency in both spoken and wirtten English is a must, and Arabic speakers are preferred.
