Firstly a Design Director will be appointed who will be adding new client network across multiple sectors, responsible for representing the organization to clients at all levels, driving conceptual design with the ability to run projects to completion having a strong technical knowledge, managing a small team, however charged with growing a strong design team. Requirements
Requirements This individual will come from the UAE/GCC market, with 15 -20 years experience of interior design and project delivery experience. Career track record will show progressive increase in responsibilities, showing commitment to previous employers, such as design consultants/turn key service providers.
A range of projects across corporate commercial, hospitality, retail, will be shown in portfolio, showing original conceptual sketches developed into completed construction projects.
This individual will be a hard working, strong communicator, who is motivated and driven to progress one’s career. A keen team player and able to manage teams, this individual will be able to work within a fast track project environment.
