Assistant Manager - Accounts and Admin

• Consolidate and interpret financial data from all cost/profit centers of the department to ensure that accurate information is presented for timely assistance in decision making.
• Ensure preparation and regular updating of monthly, quarterly and half -yearly MIS reports.
• Promote and build good working relationships with all internal units of Department and also provide advice and assistance.
• Conduct costing for new jobs and evaluation of existing jobs.
• Prepare monthly profitability analysis for all business units in department.
• Supervise the effective and timely preparation of budget, annual financial accounts, management accounts and cash flow as required.
