Senior Software Consultant - Dubai

Our client, a reputable international company is seeking to recruit a ARABIC SPEAKING Senior Developer to join their team in Dubai.
Your responsibilities will include

Ensure design, development and validation of complex software
Respect short and challenging deadlines
Support pre-sales activities thanks to technical experience
Report to management
Engineering degree in Computer sciences
Fluent English and Arabic
At least 10 years as developer with C++C and JavaJ2EEWEB technologies
Proven experience in complex development project
Arabic Speaking, Ability to design, develop, test and integrate complex component of software architecture
Previous experience in Smartcard is nice to have
Application(Websphere) + Database and SQL ( Oracle)
