Ad Sales Coordinator

Our client, a TV Media company is currently seeking to recruit an Ad Sales Coordinator for their office in Dubai Media City. The position will directly report to the Senior Ad Sales Officer.

The position is a Contract Staffing role for a contract period of 3 months and may be extended for a further 3 months. This is an urgent requirement that needs to be filled up.

Position Summary
To assist and support the Ad Sales team in monitoring and selling advertising products andor services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. To establish closer contact with direct advertisers and media buyers.
2. To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales inquiries, by phone, email and fax.
3. Responsible for accurate and timely issue of billing invoice and account statements to clients.
4. Provide sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.
5. Prepare monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
6. Monitor payment schedules according to contract.
7. Assist Sales team with general administrative duties, client service communication and overall operational efficiencies.
8. Respond to phone and email inquiries on a day to day operation.
9. Responsible in filing all ad sales related documents.
10. Proactively and reactively provide sales team with presentable research, site metrics, demographics, traffic, etc.
11. Work with ad sales team to develop creative sales presentations for general use and targeted to particular categories and for specific sales meetings as required.
12. Work with ad sales team to identify new prospects leads across all categories by using online tools and scanning appropriate periodicals and other media.
Major Internal and External Contact
Internal Clients Senior Ad Sales Officer, Financial Analyst, Regional Finance Officer, Regional Accounts Associate, and Traffic Supervisor.

Minimum requirements 1 College Degree Graduate Major in Business and or related courses.
2 Superlative communication and customer service skills. Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking (Arabic is a plus), interpersonal and presentation skills.
3 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
5 Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize and multi task.
6 Strong attention to details and quality work ethics.
