As Recruitment Manager for Doha International Airport and New Doha International Airport you will manage the recruitment requirements of the current airport as well as the project for the recruitment of talent for the new airport. Located at the airport and working closely with the senior management team you will provide an efficient, workable and accurate recruitment service, sourcing talent internationally.
This is a hands-on recruitment role and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an in-house Recruitment Manager role and substantial in-house recruitment experience
- Strong client management and influencing skills
- Excellent recruitment knowledge including, manpower planning, recruitment channels and sourcing strategies, job profile and advertisement development, candidate screening, shortlisting, selection processes and candidate assessment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership capabilities, including people development/coaching and objective setting
