In this position, the Oracle DBA will be responsible for managing and administrating oracle database in an environment that involves mission critical applications on Unix platforms for the electronic payment industry. He will be based in Riyadh KSA .Job Requirements:
The Oracle DBA Database Administrator will be responsible for the following:
•Installation and upgrades of the Oracle server and application tools
•Create & modify databases & database objects
•Database auditing and security
•Performance tuning
•Configuration management
•Backup & Recovery (RMAN, Legato, Export/Import Datapump)
•Monitoring (Patrol/Foglight), trouble-shooting and resolution
•Autosys Job scheduling.
•On-call production support.
Skills
•Engineering degree or Equivalent•A minimum of 2 years working experience as Oracle DBA
•An Oracle DBA certificate is required
•Ability to work in a team based environment
•Proficiency in written and spoken English
•Capability to present/communicate technical and business subject matter internally and to customers.
•Will be located in Riyadh - KSA.
