Acts as technical resource for broad and complex issues within the Government segment providing technical or process planning and guidance to customers, driving their adoption of the right technologies and the development of winning solutions or services.
Its in-depth knowledge of customers’ IT environments and insights into customers’ IT strategies, IT level business drivers and Infrastructure Optimization maturity stages.
The successful candidate with have strong presentation and communication skills, an understanding of Business Decision Sales Cycles and the sales process and knowledge of the local IT sector, customer base, key players, competitors and trends.
