To carry out a consistent and professional technical services (Change, Balance, Repair all kinds of high performance, passenger and 4X4 tires, and wheel alignment for all kinds of cars) complying with the Mobile Van Service SOP and the company’s operational rules and guidelines.
Job responsibilities:
• Mobile Van Tyre Service:
o Drive the Mobile Van Service safely and with all care.
o Respect traffic rules and regulations at all time.
o Practice road courtesy at all time.
o Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the mobile van daily.
o Understand the basic technical info about tires.
o To complete and fill the check list for each car being service.
o Update the job cards.
o Carry out the required work in the most efficient and professional manner.
o Update Tele sales operators on any additional jobs required.
o Update Tele sales operators on any time delay required to finish a job.
o Report immediately in case of unfortunate accidental damages to workshop equipment, tools, Customer wheels or any part of his car.
o Maintain and be responsible for your (company coveralls, safety shoes and gloves)
o Maintain good hygiene.
o Responsible to keep work space, machines and tools calibrated, maintained, cleaned and organized at all time.
o Comply with the company’s health and safety rules and regulations.
o To play a key role in minimizing customer complaints by doing the job right from first time.
• Internal relationships
o Build and maintain effective working relationships with management and colleagues.
o Share knowledge and experiences to assist with the learning of other technicians throughout your branch department and other branches as well.
o Act as a mentor to other members of the technical team.

o Implement and carryout work according to the company SOP “Standard Operation Procedure” policy.
o Constantly promote the Health and Safety approach within the department, ensuring that all necessary preventative and corrective Health and Safety actions are taken as required.
o Ensure full compliance to the accident-reporting process.
o Ensure the appropriate and professional usage of all company assets.
