MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Coordinates an effective web presence that positions Fantasy World as a leader in toy retailing and provides all target markets with up-to-date information about latest toy trends, new products, offers & promotions.
Manage day to day product updates and communication updates on the e-commerce website using the graphic design team while coordinating with the B&M department. Manage overall website contents to positively affect the user / customer experience using in-house resources or by outsourcing the skill sets.
Develop, manage & market content (copy, image, videos etc.) on Social Media Sites (Face book, Twitter etc.), blog for the organization and ensure constant updating. Manage customer comments & queries in liaison with the Marketing, B&M & Retail Department. Will be responsible for web content copy writing.
Develops online marketing communications and media strategies. Works with Marketing, B&M & Retail team to develop integrated communication campaigns / strategies. Maintains a consistent "look & feel" for all electronic external messaging and creative executions.
Provide comparison and insight into reports provided by third parties e.g. online advertising reports, Google ad words etc to ensure consistency of reporting and identify opportunities for improvement. Knowledge in SEO & SEM desirable with a technical know-how on latest/ emerging technologies to increase our digital presence and drive traffic.
Design and develop reports for departments to assist in monitoring the use of and responses to their various e-initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to measure effectiveness of integrated (offline & online) marketing activity.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma / Degree specializing in Marketing with high end exposure in Digital Marketing & E-Business Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in Internet-related Marketing and Website Development/E-commerce.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English & Arabic, including ability to summarize and articulate complex reports to management.Apply for this job
