Executive Chef - Oman

Directs activities pertaining to the efficient operations of catering and support services contracts. Handles complete operations responsibility in absence of COO.
Assist in contract development, administration, tracking, and analysis, as well as communication of operations performance and contract compliance. Proficient in preparing reports and statistical data.
Liaison with operations team and clients. Participate in and provide support for contract management, and client/customer support.

Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, pay great attention to detail in addition to having strong organizational and time management skills. Graduate in Hotel Management with 15 years of experience

General Requirement:
- Must posses an excellent command of English; and preferably Arabic
- Ability to meet critical deadlines under stressful conditions.
