Provide Administrative and advice support to the CEO
Produce documents and information in both Arabic and English, in a timely manner, ensuring consistency with company standards of efficiency
Translate documents of high value for the company, such as, contracts, tenders, letters, requests, announcements, memorandums...etc
Create and maintain manual and computer records and files for the Senior Management team so that records are up to date and information can be accessed readily
Provide a translation service at internal and external meetings so that information is understood and communicated in a consistent manner
Maintain diaries arrange appointments, meetings, travel and accommodation that meet requirements
Type and compose letters on routine matters as directed in order to ensure the efficient running of the office
Screen incoming communications, provide written translation into English, deal efficiently with messages andor referring to internal contact
Take accurate minutes of meetings and prepare them in English and Arabic, circulating them to identified recipients so that they are informed, retaining copies to designated files
Provide an administrative service to the Senior Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the office at all times
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, team members and senior management
To be considred for this role you must have at least 5 years experience in similar position in administration.
