Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning:

• Manage the assigned projects related to the design,
production & commissioning of the related product systems.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as
appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual
responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and
scope.
• Responsible for project master plan, scheduling, budgeting
and resourcing

Organizing:

• Liaise with procurement manager on orders placed with the
suppliers. Chase production, follow on to site deliveries &
closely supervise installation works when required.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to
client.
• Effectively applies company methodology and enforces
project standards.
• Responsible for the drawings and material submission to the
clients/consultant
• Responsible for the project specific product manuals
• Responsible for the project commissioning

Controlling:

• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance
procedures.
• Minimizes the company’s exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored
appropriately.
• Responsible for the technical correspondence with the
client/consultant
• Identifying potential problems, soliciting suggestions to
improve project performance, keeping customer satisfaction
and avoiding surprises

Professional Experience:
•At least 8 years of project management experience with the day-today
operations of organization
Education

• Graduation in Civil or Architectural Engineering
