The Role
A large diversified Retail organisation requires an HR Manager to provide HR operational support to the Companys managers to meet HR needs & objectives in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:
• Manpower budgeting & planning
• Plan and execute recruitment & selection
• Implement employee induction & orientation
• Propose/ implement suitable HR initiatives
• Performance management and appraisal process
• Employee Relations
• HR policies & procedures
• HRIS Requirements

Requirements Min 6 years HR experience
Experience in an industrial environment
Proven ability in the above areas
Excellent communication skills
Ability to deal with managers at all levels
Arabic language a plus
Salary 23,000 AED + benefits
