Administration Officer-Dubai

1. Managing and performing all day to day administrative duties within the group

2. Procuring, maintaining and distributing office supplies / equipment

3. Coordinating and managing schedules / roaster for company cars & drivers

4. Supporting HR Dept. in organizing various events

5. Supporting the Insurance Officer in filing medical insurance claims and follow up

6. Arranging hotels, transport, visas and other travel arrangements for employees within the group, whenever required

7. Coordinating with group maintenance and security team to ensure good working conditions prevail throughout

8. Reporting whenever required

9. Fulfilling all other duties and tasks as assigned

Skills

1. Excellent communication skills in English

2. Planning & Organizing

3. MS Office / good computer literacy

4. Customer Service
