About the role Our client is now looking for a Head Chef to manage the kitchen operations of a stylish contemporary, internationally renowned Italian restaurant brand that is currently in a role out phase. About you You must be able to demonstrate a number of years experience of managing large, high volume kitchens, preferably within Italian restaurants. Additionally, the following qualities are a must for this role: - Ability to manage all aspects of the culinary business (Daily Operations, F&B cost control, budgeting, forecasting, quality control) - Ability to manage and control all food hygiene and health and safety requirements in compliance with local legal requirements - Ability to deliver and maintain all menu brand standards - Ability to manage, train and develop a large team of subordinates - Result oriented, proactive, innovative leader with an ability to lead and improvise in all situations. - Ambitious, target driven and trend-setting manager. - Good interpersonal, people management and Leadership skills. - New openings experience is also desirable.
