The Duty Supervisor Food and Beverage will be in-charge of providing supervision as well as direct participation in the Food and Beverage section of the Premium Terminal. The role is responsible in organizing resources effectively and coordinates necessary activities to ensure efficient, productive and risk free operation of the shift. The successful candidate will provide leadership to the unit assigned and actively promote positive team interaction among the team members.
The candidate must have 3 years experience in a premium hospitality/ service environment specifically in the Food and Beverage section. Strong leadership skills, good functional knowledge of Food and Beverage service as well as excellent customer service are important requirements of the role.
