Other key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the preparation of annual budgets.
- Managing, developing and inspiring the back office finance team.
- Managing the delivery and preparation of accurate and timely monthly accounts.
- Ad hoc financial project work and analysis as requested by the CEO.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 10 years experience as a senior financial manager. He/She will also need to have experience of managing finance within a brokerage firm.(Pathway Resourcing Limited acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business)
