Catering Company in Dubai is looking for the following position:
Office Manager

We are seeking an energetic person, who will be responsible for our busy and challenging area.

The role includes:-
 Answering the switchboard
 Front Counter – Sales & Service Enquiries; Greeting Customers
 Telephone Orders
 Mail & Parcel despatch
 Data Entry for accounting and book keeping
 Photocopying; Faxing; Filing and other administrative support
If you are enthusiastic, demonstrate professionalism, have common sense, independent logic forward thinking with great written and verbal skills in english, and able to multi-task,

Purchasing Manager Catering Company

Catering Company is looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager for our catering in Dubai, UAE.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company. The key responsibilities for the position would be:
 Raise all purchase orders for the site
 Locate vendors of materials or supplies and interview them in order to determine
product availability and terms of sales.
 Analyze market and delivery systems
 Control dept expenditure and provide all information from the system to
supervisors in order to do this.
 Archive all retention, recording and disposal
 Order all supplies for the factory.
 successful applicant will need to have a very good I T knowledge
