We are currently seeking experienced Drivers to join Lexus. The main responsibilities of your role will be to provide reliable and courteous transportation service of goods to customers with safety a top priority; to provide a communication link between customers and staff; to operate and maintain assigned vehicle(s); and to maintain vehicles.
Essential Duties are as follows:

• Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner
• Maintains defensive driving
• Provides a communication link between customers and branch staff
• Keeps the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management
• Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required
• Fuels the assigned vehicle(s)
• Coordinates the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimise service interruptions
• Serves as a positive role model while providing transportation service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of the rules and regulations involved in the safe and efficient operation of automotive equipment
• Good English language skills
• Arabic language skills preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures
• Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others
• Ability to operate a Delivery van/truck or small bus
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to operate lift equipments
• Employee must possess a valid U.A.E. driver's license class 5

Desirable Experience and Training:

• High school OR Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, provided the age and safe driving record requirements are met

Key Task

- Structural design appraisal of offshore structures - jacket and topside etc. Both new and ageing

Responsibilities

- Undertake design reviews of offshore and onshore structures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, verification scheme and/or certification requirements
- Undertake independent analysis of various offshore and onshore structures
- Design Appraisal of tank container structures
- Undertake design assessment for life extension / remaining life assessment of existing offshore / onshore structures
- Maintain good communications with clients, designers and other offices

Experience

- Minimum 14 years experience - 8+ years experience in offshore structural design and analysis
- Fixed Offshore structure experience - in-place analysis/ review, fatigue analysis/ review
- Experience with ageing fixed offshore structure analysis/ life extension of Fixed offshore structure would be advantageous

Core Purpose of Job:
To ensure accurate and timely collection or delivery of cargo and materials by complying with farm​/​t/depot​/​e SOP and by driving​/​g the vehicles and equipment safety, effectively and efficiently.

Areas of Responsibility:
1. Safe and on-time cargo delivery: Ensure that all cargos are delivered as scheduled.
2. Vehicle Sanitation: Ensure that interior and exterior of vehicle is kept cleaned and tidy at all times.
3. Safe vehicle operation and safe handling of cargo: Ensure that vehicle and its components are operated safely, efficiently and that the cargo is handled safely.
4. Vehicle Movement: Ensure the vehicle that requires movement within farms, hubs or warehouses for loading and offloading are carried out efficiently.
5. Vehicle Check up: Ensure that vehicles & trailer units’ physical condition checks are carried out regularly and ensure that components are not missing and/or damaged during enroute.
6. Accident Free Operation of Vehicle: Ensure that incidents​/​s on road and sites are avoided by driving defensively, efficiently and legally i.e. within speed limit and comply with Saudi and GCC traffic rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Native Speakers of English

- Applicants must be from a country where English is the first language (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand). They must have grown-up in that country

- Applicants must have a university degree in addition to an internationally recognized TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA or any related Certificates in teaching English.

• Non Native Speakers of English

- Applicants are required to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Applied Linguistics or any related fields from an accredited university.

- The minimum qualification grades must be Very Good or above. Candidates must be male. Preference will be given to those who are 50 years old or younger.

EXPERIENCE:

Candidates are required to have had full-time experience in teaching English as a foreign language, preferably at the post secondary level. Those with Bachelor's Degrees must have four (4) years experience. Those with PhD degrees must have two (2) years experience. Those with MA degrees must have three (3) years experience. Preference will be given to those who have taught in Saudi Arabia, GCC Countries and the Middle East.

Conditions of Service:

Salary: The competitive salaries are based on experience and educational background. Salaries are paid monthly using the Hijri calendar, Therefore, employees are paid around ten (10) extra days per Gregorian year.

Other Remuneration: There is an End of Service payment of half a month's salary for each of the first five (5) years of employment, and one month salary for each of the subsequent years. Overtime is paid when employees work extra hours.

Housing: Every employee, single or with family, will be provided with a furnished housing unit or receive a rental allowance. Utilities are not provided.

Vacation: Holidays follow a national academic calendar for the whole country. This normally includes around ten (10) days for Ramadan and the same for Hajj, plus eight (8) weeks in the summer. There is normally a semester break as well. During all these paid holidays, those who want to leave the country may obtain single or multiple entry visas. They can also visit the neighboring country of Bahrain on weekends.

Working Hours: There are five (5) working days per week (Saturday through Wednesday). Lecturers and instructors have to teach up to twenty (20) contact hours a week, including labs. In addition, there is a minimum requirement of ten (10) office hours per week.

Air Tickets: A round-trip air ticket will be provided once a year for the employee, his wife, and up to two children up to the age of 18.

Health Care: The employee and members of his family will be provided with free medical care at the Royal Commission health care facilities.

Education of Children: Two of the employee's children, under the age of 15, will be provided free education in schools specified by the Royal Commission.

Probation: There is a ninety (90) day probation period. Family status employees can bring their families only after the probation period is successfully completed.
